Systems Administrator - Hybrid (Fort Wayne-based Organization) Support the tech backbone of a mission-driven financial institution. We're looking for a proactive, people-focused Systems Administrator to manage and support IT infrastructure for a financial organization known for its integrity, innovation, and heart. What You'll Do Keep Systems Running Smoothly Administer enterprise systems and infrastructure including servers, networks, applications, and endpoint devices Tackle escalated support issues and guide junior IT staff with practical mentorship Monitor, maintain, and document critical systems for performance, patching, and continuity Troubleshoot connectivity and networking issues; manage configurations and permissions Automate and optimize wherever possible through scripting and workflow enhancements Support Business Growth Through Technology Assist teams across the organization in leveraging tools that improve efficiency Test, roll out, and maintain client software and infrastructure updates Manage hardware/software inventory and align systems to evolving business needs Participate in infrastructure upgrades and strategic technology projects Ensure Stability & Reliability Support problem management processes, including preventative patching and security updates Participate in after-hours support on a rotating basis to ensure continuity Help maintain a secure, resilient environment that supports employees and customers alike What You Bring to the Team Qualifications Associate degree or higher in Computer Science or related field 6 years of hands-on IT support and systems troubleshooting experience Technical Toolbox VMware virtualization Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS SQL Server, Microsoft 365, SCCM/Intune Windows Server (2016-2022) and Windows 10/11 administration Familiar with network basics and IP configuration Personal Qualities Customer-focused and communicative-technical, but never "tech-y" Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to shifting priorities A team player with a positive mindset and curiosity to keep learning What You'll Enjoy Affordable health, vision, and dental insurance Wellness programs that support physical, financial, and mental health Tuition reimbursement and ongoing development opportunities Generous paid time off-including 10.5 holidays Bonus program and a 401(k) with employer match A collaborative, community-centered workplace with a strong internal culture Let's Start a Conversation Interested in exploring this opportunity further?
