total compensation package, depending on experience. Relocation
assistance may be available Who You Are You're a proactive UX/UI

Interfaces - Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to
enhance usability Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner with

Conduct User Research & Testing - Gather insights, refine concepts,
and improve design effectiveness Develop & Maintain Design Systems
- Establish scalable UI components and design patterns Requirements
Experience designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces in a
collaborative environment Strong foundation in UX/UI principles ,
wireframing, and prototyping Passion for usability testing ,
research-driven design, and problem-solving Strong skills in
organization, logical thinking, and creative execution Preferred

in Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science , or a related field 4
years of experience in UX/UI Design Proficiency in Figma, Sketch,
Adobe XD, or other UX/UI tools Experience in manufacturing,
enterprise applications, or ERP/MRP systems Knowledge of front-end
technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Location Fort Wayne, IN
