MoogS3 is seeking a Software Engineer to work in Northbrook, IL to
serve as a thought leader in digital platforms, power distribution,
and electrical interconnect solutions. The candidate should expect
to support application development across multiple operating
-- IP and serial communication protocols. Binary and XML based
protocol analysis and troubleshooting of communication issue.
-- Wireshark and equivalent tool to analyze, develop, troubleshoot
and diagnose IP communication.
-- Development of microcomputer software programs for making
appropriate hardware and software design decisions to meet specific
performance and cost objectives.
Here's what you'll need to be considered for this opportunity:
-- B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
or Computer Science and at least five years related experience in
Java, Java Script, C++ or C# programming.
-- Software configuration management experience using subversion or

-- Hands on working knowledge in: embedded systems board level
programming, single board computers running Linux operating system,
technical documentation/user guide writing for software and
-- Familiar with SDLC and engineering processes.
