Andy Frain Services is seeking dedicated Security Guards to join our team, providing premier security services in the aviation and events sectors. As a Security Guard, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety and security, ensuring that all operations proceed without incident. This position requires vigilance, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Our ideal candidate is someone who can adapt to varying environments and respond effectively under pressure. Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions Check identification and vehicle access at entry points Document daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary Conduct security checks over a specified area Provide information to guests, staff, and senior management regarding security procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols Surveillance skills and detail orientation Basic skills in handling and resolving conflict Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Security Guard license or certification as required by state (e.g., SIA in the UK, Guard Card in California) First Aid and CPR certifications preferred Any additional training in security, law enforcement, or relevant field is beneficial
