Job Description Job Description Position Overview The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, supervising staff, maintaining rental inventory, and coordinating logistics for event deliveries and returns. This role ensures all rental equipment is cleaned, organized, and event-ready while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, cleaning, staging, loading, and unloading rental equipment. - Manage and schedule warehouse staff, drivers, and setup crews as needed. - Maintain accurate inventory of rental items including tents, tables, chairs, linens, staging, and event equipment. - Coordinate with the sales and event teams to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on schedule. - Implement warehouse organization systems to maximize efficiency and space utilization. - Ensure equipment is inspected, cleaned, repaired, and maintained after each event. - Monitor and enforce safety procedures and proper equipment handling. - Plan and manage logistics for event deliveries, pickups, and returns. - Track warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and equipment availability. - Assist with large event load-outs, setup planning, and operational problem-solving. Qualifications - 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics management experience (event rental or hospitality industry preferred). - Experience managing teams in a warehouse, logistics, or event operations environment. - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple event schedules and deadlines simultaneously. - Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse management software. - Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment. - Bilingual is preferred Preferred Experience - Experience in the event, hospitality, or party rental industry. - Knowledge of tenting equipment, event furniture, staging, or décor rentals. - Logistics and route planning experience.
