Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced assembly worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products on the factory floor. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, be able to follow detailed instructions, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Assemble products or components according to specifications Operate machinery and tools to perform assembly tasks Follow detailed instructions to ensure the accuracy and quality of finished products Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Communicate any issues or concerns with management Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly position preferred Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions Familiarity with hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality control skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Pay rate: $16.54 1st shift: 5am-3pm Monday-Friday schedule Generous benefits for hired in employees, including health/dental/vision insurance from day 1 of hire, paid time off, monthly bonus opportunities, 401K matching, tuition reimbursement, flexible scheduling, etc. Interested?
