Candidates must demonstrate the ability to: - Set-up Punch Presses, Brake Presses, and/or Automatic Presses to print specifications in order to obtain maximum productivity - Communicate any problems pertaining to the set-up of equipment and tooling to Machine Operators and Supervisors - Work with and assist Machine Operators in a positive manner - Communicate with 1st shift Machine Operators, Supervisors, and Set-Up employees - Follow-up with Machine Operators to ensure operation is running safely and efficiently - Work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities throughout the shift - Work in a team setting - Multi-task and be versatile in their daily duties - Self-motivated - Work with little supervision - Lift up to 30 pounds consistently throughout the shift - Perform work in a safe, efficient manner - Good attendance is a MUST - Maintain a safe, clean work environment - Adhere to all Lozier Store Fixtures policies and procedures - Other duties as assigned Candidates Must meet the following qualifications: - Currently have or be able to obtain forklift license - Able to read and understand blueprints - Communicate in a positive manner - Working knowledge of measuring tools such as a tape measure, caliper, protractor and micrometer - 2 years of Production Machine Set-Up on Metal Stamping presses Lozier Corporation is an industry leader in providing store fixtures to major retailers across the U.S. and around the world.
