Office Manager: CFS is working with a family-oriented client who is eagerly seeking to fill their office manager position. This position offers great pay, advancements in salary, and a flexible schedule!

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

  • Daily tasks performed on QuickBooks.
  • Reconciliations of accounts on daily basis.
  • Assisting with payroll and entering into ADP.
  • Light customer service

What the company needs in an Office Manager:

  • 1-3 years of accounting experience is preferred.
  • Degree is preferred, but by no means a must!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and experience with QuickBooks.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
