Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer with a dotted line reporting relationship to the SVP of Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain and the SVP of Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs, the VP, Human Resources will serve as a key leader and strategic thought partner for the development and execution on all matters related to talent, culture, change, coaching, employee relations, engagement and talent development across a complex, global organizational client base spanning multiple locations. This role will establish the strategic priorities and direction of the HR function supporting Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain and Quality and Regulatory Assurance based on business needs, internal customer needs and external trends impacting Human Resources. This role determines HR organizational structure to align with the business and talent strategies and drives organizational change and improvements to assure HR systems, policies, programs and practices are in consistent alignment with business strategies.

S/he will be a key member of the Chief HR Officer’s leadership team and will work closely and collaboratively across peer groups and Centers of Excellence colleagues to operationalize and execute a talent strategy that aligns with our evolving business needs and culture. The ideal candidate will be a hands on leader who excels in culture and relationship building, brings structure through operating mechanisms and demonstrates both big picture thinking with great attention to detail. Bold thinking, the ability to manage through ambiguity, think and behave proactively and bring important insights from a diverse set of experiences are all critical candidate attributes. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Directs Human Resources management activities across client groups
• Sets priorities and strategic direction; develops operating mechanisms to ensure accountability, engagement and connection
• Monitors effectiveness of HR processes; develops measures and assessment methods to drive continuous improvement and assure effectiveness, consistency and fairness
• Partners with key internal customers to develop HR programs and processes to support organizational needs and plans
• Counsels and coaches team members at all levels on a variety of matters
• Works with other senior management to plan and execute HR requirements and key initiatives.

· Proficiency in US employment labor laws as well as systems and approaches related to staffing, performance management, learning and development, career and succession planning and strategic workforce planning and predictive analytics
· Experience working with large scale, global manufacturing and distribution as well as global Quality and Regulatory organizations is strongly preferred
Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Organization Development or related field preferred15+ years of related experience. Direct global HR experience is preferred
Travel Requirements
• Up to 35% (dependent on COVID restrictions)
