Job Description:

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, order placement and requests about products. Responsible for acting as a liaison between external customers and internal customers.

Direct contact with customers by telephone, electronically and face to face

Respond promptly to customer inquiries

Work internally to facilitate customers request

Handle and resolve customer complaints

Monitor order management system to ensure all orders are processed as quickly and effectively as possible

Work with various departments to ensure product is available to ship on time to the customers request

Provide pricing and delivery information as needed

Set up new customer accounts in ERP system

Process orders, forms, applications and requests

Organize workflow to meet customer timeframe

Maintain customer database in ERP system

Answer phones and respond to customer requests via phone, email, and fax in a timely manner

Follow polices and standard



1 - 3 years of office experience

Microsoft applications and ERP system

Able to juggle a lot of different moving parts and know how to prioritize

Will be ONSITE in Michigan
