We Are Hiring:
This position will focus on performance
improvement data and analytics, accreditation and quality for
Borgess Lee in Dowagiac, MI.
Day shift / hybrid remote and
What You Will Do:
Organize and coordinate performance
improvement program activities and workflow.
What You Will Need:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on problem
identification and resolution, cost containment issues,
implementation of new services and systems/performance
- Research, develop/acquire and implement improvement systems,
methodologies and tools to improve operations.
- Collaborate with Leaders to develop and revise screening
- Provide on-site training and follow-up for performance
- Perform regulatory documentation preparation, submission, and
maintenance. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation
- Assist in policy, procedure and contract review process.
Coordinate quality improvement initiatives.
Licensure / Certification /
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association
- Certification specializing in Lean Healthcare Mgmt
- High school diploma or GED required.
RN BSN strongly preferred
Solid skills navigating the EMR - Cerner
RN ER experience preferred
Analytical skills and focus on process
Accreditation and quality experience
