Your responsibilities2nd shift $19.00 per hour plus monthly gainshare bonus!The Machine Operator's duties include:Process material according to the work order specificationsEnsure that processing equipment is maintained in a safe and clean conditionMaintain processing area in a clean, safe and orderly mannerComplete all required information entry accurately; perform any other tasks as assigned.Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipmentPull, inspect and verify product before processingProperly and safely set up equipment to run material to work order specificationsProcess orders according to work order specificationsVerify that material meets work order specifications per written work instructions and record measurements (sampling plan)Perform equipment preventive maintenanceProperly enter/delete material identification tags per written instructionsAssist in the packaging of material per written work instructions and work orderMaintain issued measurement equipment in working conditionProperly operate weighing scale and record inspection measurementsIdentify, record, and segregate scrap and any non-conforming materialYour profileA high school diploma/GED2 years of experience in metals industry preferred, industrial warehouse experience preferredStrong math skills, experience working with fractions and decimalsMachine operator experience for a minimum of two yearsAbility to read a tape measure and calipersBasic knowledge of computer systems and data entry, SAP Experience preferredAbility to operate side loaders, vacuum lifts, cranes and forklifts; forklift certifiedAbility to operator Amat wire, Shelling saws, Bearing and Tsune circular sawing machinesAbility to lift 70 poundsYour Benefits With UsWhat's in it for you?Weekly Pay with bonus incentives at select locationsMedical, dental, and vision insurance available the first of the month following hire datePaid vacation time and holidays401 (k) Savings Plan with company matchLife InsuranceShort and Long-Term disabilityFlexible Spending AccountsTuition Reimbursement Health and Wellness Programs Employee discounts and more!We also value providing employees with various career growth and advancement opportunities.For instant consideration to work in our warehouse click on the application link.
