Weekend shift position: 12-hour shifts 6am-6pm / 6pm - 6amJob
SummaryThe CMM assignment is intended to support production
needs.Basic Training Required:Training will be providedEssential
FunctionsPerforms routine production inspections as required by
Utilizing CMMs to dimensionally inspect castings, patterns, gauges,
and fixtures in order to assess their conformance to established
specifications.Adherence to applicable quality standards, company
policies and procedures, customer requirements, and safety
initiatives is mandatory.Job Responsibilities/
ActivitiesQualifications:Working knowledge of CMMs and their
applications is preferred.Practiced familiarity with Layout
Inspection procedures and results is preferred.Independent,
self-motivated worker able multi-task.Computer fluency, including
Microsoft Office applicationsGood communication skills, both verbal
and written.Team-oriented attitudeUse lot routers and PC (product
criteria) to determine correct programsConfigure chucks and
fixtures to be usedLoad and run product; troubleshooting when
necessaryReview and save dataRun multiple CMMs with varying cycle
timesGood prioritization skills are necessaryBlue print reading and
interpretation skills preferredSome algebra, trigonometry and basic
computer programming skills preferred.Physical Demands:The physical

retrieving stored items from lower shelves and file cabinets,
making equipment / product inspections, etcStanding for
