JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create Item Masters and enter data for Bill of Materials into system
• Create and maintain Product Structure for the development of Bill of Materials
• Check all Sales Order Requests for changes before implementing into system
• Review all Engineering Change Notices for completeness and the impact of Bill of Materials before implementing into the system
• Create and maintain Logic for the Edit Tables to facilitate entry selections by Order Entry personnel at time of placing orders
• Assist physical inventory by working with shop and office personnel to provide accuracy required in Bill of Materials
• Create features and options to support Bill of Materials
• Create and distribute memos on new Bill of Materials
• Support Materials Management by determining whether product is classified as a make, buy or phantom
• Create and maintain Vehicle Identification Numbers, Federal tag information, GVWR, pre-delivery fees and base weights
• Aid in the continual improvement on system development
• Participation in literature review for complete lists and accuracy
• Provide training for new and existing personnel
  QUALIFICATIONS
  
  • HS Diploma or GED required (Associate or Technical Degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data administration or a similar role preferred
  • Experience in performing PLM engineering or operational transactions, preferably using MRP/ERP system
  • Understanding of product lifecycle management and MRP processes
  • Microsoft Office proficient with experience using complex spreadsheets general Excel experience
