  Overview of the Assistant Controller role:
  
  • 
    
  • Monthly financial statements and variance analysis
    
  • Oversee month- and year-end processes
    
  • Ensure proper general ledger structure and accounts in ERP system
    
  • Assist with annual budget process- collaborate with various departments to determine budgetary needs
    
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations and all general ledger accounts for accuracy
    
  • Review pricing inquiries, make recommendations, and participate in price increase planning and implementation
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
      
    • 3+ years accounting experience
      
    • Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously and prioritize based on deadlines
      
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
