Job Description:

We are looking for an efficient HR Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR duties with a heavy focus on recruiting. You will facilitate daily HR functions like full cycle recruiting, keeping track of employee records, onboarding and payroll support. This position requires self-direction, flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to go above and beyond to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.

*Essential Job Functions: *

* Manage and prioritize a large volume of unique requisitions for 4 manufacturing sites across the U.S.
* Create a sourcing plan to attract qualified candidates.
* Attract, source, and screen qualified applicants and candidates.
* Conduct role briefing with hiring managers and set expectations for recruitment process.
* Manage the interview process to include conducting phone interviews, scheduling onsite interviews, presenting candidate offers, and assisting with onboarding as needed.
* Maintain a relationship with hiring managers to provide direction, track progress, and adjust search strategies as needed.
* Maintain an understanding of the business, growth plans, and challenges.
* Effectively communicate position opportunities both internally and externally.
* Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
* Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) to ensure all employment requirements are met.
* Assist supervisors in performance management procedures.
* Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team's agenda.
* Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires.
* Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
* Assist HR Generalist and HR Director with annual employee benefit enrollments meetings.
* Verify I-9 documentation.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal employee relations concerns.
* Reconcile benefit statements.
* Conduct audits of various payroll deduction benefits.
* Assist with processing terminations.
* Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.

*Other Job Functions: *

* Assist greater Human Resources team as needed.
* Manage temporary labor headcount while partnering with temporary staffing agency personnel.
* Perform other duties as assigned

*Experience, Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required: *

* Minimum of 2+ years of Human Resources and/or recruitment experience required.
* Experience hiring Maintenance, Facilities, and Operational Engineers is a plus.
* Experience prioritizing projects and recruiting on a high volume of unique requisitions which require sourcing.
* Experience sourcing candidates using a variety of recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Career Builder, etc.).
* Experience in onboarding both contingent as well as full-time employees.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Strong interpersonal skills to display approachability and establish relationships.
* Expertise in attracting, selling, and negotiating opportunities.
* Must be comfortable with public speaking.

*Work Environment/Physical Requirements: *

* Ability to stand for long periods of time.
* Able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
* Standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling.
* Possibility of exposure to noise, uncontrolled temperatures, and chemicals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
