Description:Drive & Shine is seeking an experienced, team-oriented, happy, and motivated professional for our Accounts Payable Leader. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of accounts payable experience with a desire to grow within our Company. Great pay starting up to $30/hour and includes benefits.This position has upward growth within the accounting department as our Company continues to expand!Job Duties:Lead our Accounts Payable department of 2 AP specialists with specific attention to adhering to Company processes, procedures, and timelinesEffectively communicate with all levels within the Company.Ability to multi-task and excellent organizational skills necessary.Entry of AP invoices, ensuring accuracy in amount, GL code, payment terms, etc.Confirm all available AP discounts are taken.Reconcile credit card statements at month-end.Support senior management with the development of standard operating procedures.Communicate with purchasing agents to obtain supporting documents.Stay on task and have ability to adhere to weekly deadlines.Assist as needed with year-end audit.Benefits:Accrue Vacation Time.Paid Holidays.Discounts on Car washes/Oil changes/Detailing.College Tuition Reimbursement.401k employer matching.Health Benefits.Sample of what our teammates say about working at Drive & Shine:Want to know what it is like to change careers and to be a part of the Drive & Shine family? Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to adhere to established processes and procedures Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
