"Experienced Tutor Wanted for Middle School Boys
We are seeking a dedicated and patient tutor to work with a group of middle school boys who are struggling academically or behaviorally in the classroom. The ideal candidate will have a background in education, counseling or a related field and experience working with children.
Responsibilities include:

• 
  
• Providing one-on-one and small group instruction during the afternoon
  
• Helping students with homework and class assignments
  
• Identifying and addressing areas of difficulty
  
• Communicating with parents and teachers to ensure student progress
  
• Monitoring a few boys working individually
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in education, counseling or related field
    
  • Experience working with children, especially middle school aged students
    
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
    
  • Patience and the ability to work with children who may have behavioral or academic issues
    
  • Knowledge of subject matter such as Math, Science and Language Arts
