Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY: Provides nursing assessments and services to individuals with mental illness and intellectual & developmental disabilities. Ensures coordination and monitoring of medical and behavioral health services. Completes Level I and Level II OBRA Assessments and nursing home monitoring. Provides education to consumers, family, and staff .EDUCATION: Associates Degree from an accredited nursing education program.
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: One to two years experience as a Registered Nurse and prefer experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or intellectual or developmental disabilities. Must possess excellent computer and interpersonal skills, punctuality, ability to organize and manage several projects/tasks simultaneously and work independently.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS: Licensed by the Michigan Department of Commerce or Professional Regulation as a Registered Nurse. Must have reliable means of transportation and maintain safe driving record.
