Position Overview

Navistar is currently looking for a Field Test Associate Lead to work at our Proving Grounds in New Carlise

Responsibilities

• This individual will be responsible for dispatching and managing the contract
• Test vehicle drivers operating out of Navistar Proving Grounds
• This includes, but is not limited to, assignment of daily route work orders, managing day-to-day operations of drivers, coordinating with test engineers, technicians, management of driver needs
• Work with contract companies to interview and on-board new drivers as needed.
  Minimum Requirements
  
  
  • Associate's degree
  • At least 3 years of field test or field service experience
    OR
    
    • At least 5 years of field test or field service experience

      • Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
