We are a team, and work to be dedicated, faithful, and ethically driven in our company.POSITION SUMMARY Work as part of a team having responsibility for participating in all aspects of production as it relates to the feed mill, hatchery, grow-out, and the processing facility. • Perform quality checks on products and parts.
• Be hands on with tasks associated with all aspects of the process flow.
• Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process.
• Review orders to ensure work is performed correctly and on time.
• Complete production reports to communicate team production level to management.
