Job Description:
$15.80 Starting Rate + Experience Credit + Shift PayEDUCATION
REQUIRED:Recommended high school diploma or equivalent. Medical
terminology required within one year,EXPERIENCE RECOMMENDED:Prior
direct customer service experience required.Previous Hospital
Registration experience helpful.Minimum of one year experience in a
customer service or clerical/accounting position; preferably in a
healthcarerelated environment, or an insurance company.LICENSURE
REQUIRED:NoneOTHER:Must be able to type 35 - 40 wpm in order to use
CRT/terminal and to timely enter patient data.Excellent verbal and
written communications skills in order to interact with customers
effectively;ability to interpret a variety of documents and
correspondence relating to patient accounts. Must beable to work
flexible hours including weekends, holidays and/or overtime if
needed.EducationRequiredHigh School or better
