  • Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time. Assist in leadership developmental programs, and weekly team building.
  • Complete our paid training programs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Own transportation
  • No experience required / Leadership mentality preferred / Student mentality preferred
  • Experience in sales / field management / customer service is a plus
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Strong interest in gaining progressive experience in Field Energy markets working substantially with Natural Gas/Renewables Sector.
  • Be able to be trained to recognize technical expertise and establish a reputation in the local marketplace.
  • Gain an in depth understanding, and knowledge of the companies operating in this market, including existing relationships that can be leveraged into new business; Following the latest market-trends, and the ability to represent our clients with the utmost professionalism, and understanding of the services provided.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the client's programs, and current and emerging issues post developmental training
  • To understand business risks and challenges, and to recognize opportunities to provide enterprise-wide solutions for customers, and client programs. Maintain positive and professional attitude, setting weekly goalsROLE PROFILE:The focus areas for the Field Energy Specialist will be to:
    • Molding future leaders to be able to Lead and mentor a team that will support and assist with Natural Gas projects in Indiana.
    • Contribute to leadership and management of project execution activities in support of CMP clients' de-reg and natural gas projects.
    • Foster, expand, and leverage a network of excellent customer-based relationships consistent with our growth strategy and trajectory in the Energy markets here.
    • Develop new customer relationships / close leads provided, and expand existing relationships by delivering strategic consulting advice, excellent value, and quality service.
    • Maintain a working knowledge of industry business cycles and prioritize sales efforts toward high potential, top opportunities.
    • Drive innovation within the sector to stay ahead of client needs and to differentiate CMP in the market.
    • Meet business health & safety performance standards, financial targets, overall project budgets and schedules, client satisfaction/expectations, and internal risk management and contractual requirements.Please submit your resume and brief cover letter preferred.
