  Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Position:

  • Approve accounts receivable adjustments to customer accounts
    
  • Reconcile cash receipts daily for accounts
    
  • Processing customer payments and cash sales/credit card payments
    
  • Apply daily cash receipts to customer accounts
    
  • Apply customer payments to customer accounts
    
    Preferred Qualifications and Experience for the Accounts Receivable role:
    
    • 
      
    • Prior experience in Accounts Receivable
      
    • Knowledge of Excel and Accounting software
      
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
      
    • Strong attention to detail and organization
      
    • Ability to work well under pressure, with a proactive approach to unusual issues
