Job Title: Cytotechnologist SupervisorLocation: Elmhurst, ILShift: Part Time and Full TimePermanent RolePay Rate: $32.02/hr. , $40.05/hr ,$48.07/hr. on W2Job Summary:* Evaluation and reporting of negative gynecological cases, evaluation, and interpretation of abnormal gynecological, non-gynecological and fine needle aspiration cases.* Cytotechnologists are responsible for identifying diagnostic material and referring cases to the pathologists appropriately.* Serve as a member of the Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) team providing on site adequacy evaluation of FNA procedures.* Provide technical advice and perform cytopreparation and processing as needed.* Must maintain records of screening slide counts and other activities.* Maintain Quality Control records where indicated.* Assist in gathering data relevant to quality assurance activities, continuous improvement activities and/or other special projects.* We are seeking a skilled Cytotechnologist to join our laboratory team.
