Join our growing team and get rewarded for making the move! We're offering a $1,000 signing bonus to full-time crew members who stick with us and show up ready to work.



We're looking for motivated individuals to join our landscape installation and maintenance crews. You'll work outdoors with a team installing patios, pools, planting, mulching, grading, mowing, and more. If you love working with your hands and delivering quality workmanship, send us your resume.

Responsibilities:
--- Assist in installing hardscapes (paver patios, retaining walls, steps, etc.)
--- Perform planting, mulching, edging, and other softscape tasks
--- Operate skid loaders, mowers, and other landscaping equipment
--- Load/unload materials and clean up job sites
--- Follow directions from crew leaders and project managers
--- Show up on time, ready to work, and contribute to a team environment

Qualifications:

--- Experience with a variety of hand tools and maintenance equipment including clippers, chain saws, lawnmowers, blowers, edgers, rakes, and hedge trimmers
--- Great physical health and stamina
--- Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail
--- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification
--- Driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the work site is required
--- Over 2 years of experience with residential or commercial properties as a landscaping crew member
