Join Parkview Behavioral Institute!Eligible for Sign on Bonus!Key Responsibilities:Lead Group Therapy Sessions:Facilitate group therapy sessions for IOP adult clients three days per week, with each session lasting three hours.Foster a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for clients to process their challenges, share experiences, and develop coping strategies.Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.) to address mental health and/or substance use issues.Treatment Planning:Conduct comprehensive social histories to understand the background and needs of clients.Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they align with clinical goals and recovery needs.Insurance Reviews:Complete insurance reviews to assess the coverage and benefits for IOP clients.Collaborate with insurance providers and administrative staff to ensure continued authorization for services and address any insurance-related concerns or issues.Assessments:Conduct Level of Care Assessments for adolescents or adults in crisis to determine appropriate treatment levels and make recommendations for care.Collaboration and Documentation:Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and session summaries, in accordance with agency policies and licensing requirements.Must have a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or other counseling related field.Must have Assoc/Temp license.CPI required within 60 in days of employment. CPR required within 30 days of employment. Temp, Associate or full Licensure/certification is required at hire.2 years in the health care or social service field, psychiatric hospital experience preferred.Location: Parkview Health IOP CDSchedule: Part Time Benefit Eligible, Evenings, 3 days a week, days optionalby Jobble
