If you have two years of recent experience, a clean driving record, and a mostly stable work history, you can earn more money in your first year at Nussbaum.

Our Elite Driver Track starts you at our highest starting base pay package. With a commitment to run consistently, a willing and able attitude, and a mindset on fuel efficiency, you'll earn $70,000 right away and be on the fast track to accelerate your earning potential from there.

And if you choose to participate in Nussbaum's Certified RED program, you'll be unstoppable in earning potential.

than just miles

We believe in paying you what you deserve. That's why we are introducing Activity Pay to our driver pay package. This unique addition compensates you for the actual work you do, not just the miles you run.

* Pickup Fee

Covers hooking loaded trailer or live load at customer location.

* Delivery Fee

Covers drop loaded or live unload at customer location.

* Trailer Relay Fee

Pay for trailer swap when splitting a load with another driver.

* Trailer Shuttle Fee

Covers empty moves when sole purpose is re-positioning a trailer and no loading or unloading occurs at that location.

* $3,000 sign-on bonus

for ANY experienced, OTR driver Nussbaum hires,

from any area.

* $5,000 sign-on bonus

in the Chicago, Indianapolis, and Northern Indiana, Southern Michigan regions.

o Sign-on Bonus details:

$3,000 - Nussbaum will pay out $1,000 after the candidate completes a successful orientation and first load hauled, $1,000 after 3 months, and $1,000 after 6 months.
