The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for assisting the Operations Department in maintaining inventory accuracy in an assigned warehouse. This is achieved by conducting inventory audits in an accurate and timely manner and making inventory corrections as needed.


  • Maintain the organizations inventory, ordering and supplying necessary items while maintaining accurate records of all procurement
  • Prepare and complete audits of the entire physical inventory in an assigned warehouse accurately and in the time allotted.
  • Review the data for consistent variances and make the necessary inventory corrections or inventory moves in a timely manner.
  • Assist Operations Team in pre-inventory preparation.
  • Assist with corrections to inventory prior to Physical Inventory.
  • Provide information as to product locations within the warehouse.
  • Complete cycle counts as requested by After Sales, Order Processing or Operations and provide results and feedback.
  • Make product moves within the warehouse as requested.
  • Assist Operations in Scrap Outs.

    Required Skills:
    • High school diploma or GED preferred.
    • Computer literacy.
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Prior forklift experience.
    • Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
    • Ability to stand and reach with hands and arms.
    • Will be frequently required to walk, use hands to finger, handle, feel and stoop, kneel, or crouch.Note: The employee will regularly lift and/or move to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Required to lift to and move more than 40 pounds rarely
