Description:This position is a production supervisor role in a corrugated manufacturing company. This person will be responsible for a set area and ultimately helping drive KPI's to get this department operating at peak effectiveness. Ideally candidate is going to want to be out on floor and leading by example. Their could be times when this person needs to get out on floor and do QC, drive a forklift, or ultimately just making sure that the team is operating at peak effectiveness. Will be responsible for roughly 20 people and making sure that they are meeting goals that need to be meet.Pay: $55 - 65,000 / yearMUST:

• 3-5 years production supervision experience in manufacturing setting
• Experience improving standards in a departmentWould be nice:
