Job Description:

Aerotek is currently hiring for General Construction Laborers near Bass Lake, IN. Position: General Construction LaborerPay: $18Shift: Monday - Thursday: 7 - 5:30 Friday - Saturday: 7 - 3:30Job Description:Laborers will be responsible with the construction of the project including but not limited to installation of solar modules, panels, and support structures.

• Racking Crew: Will be working with the pier layout crew and pier pounding crew; they will be working on setting up the piers using torque wrenches and standing up the piers after the layout crew lays them out.
• Module Crew: Will be working with the large module panels; will be screwing in panels and ensure the panels are set correctly in the racking.Desired Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
  • Ability to be on feet for entire length of shift
  • Willing to learn and take direction
