EG Workforce is hiring Production Operators on behalf of American Axle and Manufacturing in Three Rivers, MI. AAM is a Tier 1 automotive supplier of axles and gear shafts to GM and Chrystler-Fiat. Job Description: Responsibilities include numerous duties related to the machining and assembling of automotive axle components and final assemblies. A Production Operator position can include repetitive lifting, twisting, and bending, in a factory setting. This opportunity will provide the candidate hands-on, day-to-day technical interaction within automotive manufacturing. Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Successfully complete a criminal and education background review
• Successfully complete a pre-employment physical and drug screen
• Able to work 2nd or 3rd Shift
• Able to work mandatory overtime - may work 7 days per week with overtime each day for 19-Days straight Additional Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in manufacturing or production
  • Be highly motivated and have an interest in manufacturing
  • Have a history of safe work practices
