ChainDutiesThe U.S. Food Safety & Quality Systems (FSQS) Team is
part of the North America Supply Chain function that connects
customers with food they love and trust.Primary
Responsibilities
- Develops and manages US FSQS data, overseeing daily operations,
analysis, and reporting for multiple databases.
- Translates data into scorecards and other tools to improve FSQS
performance across the 3LS.
- Enhances the team's capability to monitor performance, focusing
on data accuracy and integrity.
- Builds positive relationships within the FSQS team and with key
stakeholders across the supply chain.
- Provides training and mentorship on information and compliance
databases to ensure team engagement.
- Leads initiatives and provides informal leadership within the
3LS.Key Needs of the Role
- Track and report FSQS performance, analyze relevant metrics to
develop strategies for supplier, distributor, restaurant, and
product performance.
- Collaborate on department planning and metric reporting to meet
current and future business needs.
- Maintain and improve global and US databases, including
tracking tools development.
- Oversee McDonald's Produce Lifecycle Management tools, ensuring
compliance and resolving issues.
- Stay updated on technology and data systems, proposing
innovative solutions.Qualifications
- Preferred: Food Science degree with experience in Quality
Systems or the food industry.
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions and PowerBI dashboard
creation.
- Understanding of project, program, and product lifecycle
management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new technologies,
including AI.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across
teams.CompensationBonus Eligible: YesBenefits Eligible: YesSalary
RangeRange: $87,050 - $108,810. The final salary will consider
