  • Shop renewals, assist with policy changes
  • Issue insurance documentation, update client information, and assist with payments.
  • Educate and advise clients.
  • Build clientele via warm leads and maintain retention.
    
    Requirements
    
    
    • Property & Casualty License Required.
    • Preferred 3+ years Insurance customer service experience required.
    • Strong computer and technical skills, including Agency Management software proficiency.
    • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize.
    • A team player & problem solver.
