Job Description:
Description The Allergy Sales Representative will be required to
meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned sales geography by
developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory
business plan encompassing key accounts. You will deliver clinical
brand specific presentations of products to physicians and other
appropriate health care professionals. The Sales representative
will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent
coverage of the region according to a plan of action. You will
participate in training and development programs while abiding by
all industry and corporate policies and procedures.The successful
Sales Representative will:
- Achieves &/or exceeds targeted sales goals in an assigned
geography by developing, implementing, & executing an integrated
territory business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of
maximizing sales
- Continuously build understanding on customer needs and
expectations, territory market landscape, market segments/dynamics,
accounts, product, clinical and sales expertise to achieve
alignment.
- Develops & builds professional relationships with key HCPs
- Leverages insights & knowledge of therapeutic, market, &
competitor information
to effectively manage business & challengesRequirements
- BA/BS degree required
- 3+ years of business to business sales experience
- Health care or life sciences experience nice to have
- Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales
accomplishments
- Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive
relationships, & strong customer dedicationThe annual base salary
for this position ranges from $90,000 to $97,500. The base salary
range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health
range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various
factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills,
competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some
positions may include a company car or car allowance and
eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or
