seeking a motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to lead
new business development efforts within the HVAC sector. This role
is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships,
identifying growth opportunities, and closing deals that drive
long-term value for both clients and the company. Key
Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in
commercial and residential HVAC markets. Develop outreach
strategies to engage prospective clients and convert leads into
long-term partnerships. Build and maintain a strong pipeline
through networking, referrals, and market research. Collaborate
with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored HVAC
solutions that meet client needs. Lead client onboarding and ensure
a smooth transition from prospect to active account. Stay informed
on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to
inform strategic growth. Represent the company at trade shows,
industry events, and networking functions. Qualifications: Proven
experience in business development, sales, or account
management—preferably in HVAC, building services, or related
industries. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, services, and
customer pain points. Excellent communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with
clients and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM platforms and
sales analytics tools. Self-starter with a growth mindset and a
passion for winning new business. Bachelor’s degree in Business,
