Depending on experience, you earn $15.00 - $25.00/hour and can make
commission! Plus, our Auto Repair Service Writer receives these

part of our vibrant team! ABOUT THIS ROLE Our automotive shop is
open from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday, 8:00 am
- 3:00 pm. You have Sundays and one weekday off. As an entry-level
Auto Repair Service Writer, you're the driving force behind
customer satisfaction and our day-to-day success! Communicative and
collaborative, you ensure our workdays are smooth, and our
customers receive the best service possible. You speak with
customers about their automotive needs, create service orders, and
coordinate the technicians; efforts to keep our workdays efficient.
Attentively, you generate cost estimates and recommend additional
services to the customer. You delegate jobs amongst our service
bays, keep customers updated on their vehicles progress, and
perform final checks to make sure everything is in great condition.
You're motivated to help our shop meet sales targets, and you take
pride in delivering exceptional customer service! Here are the
minimum requirements for this entry-level position: Customer
service skills Computer proficiency and ability to learn new
software
