In this role, you'll bridge service and sales with the goal of encouraging existing customers to upgrade their current vehicle to a newer one. What We Offer Competitive salary A supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for growth and career advancement Comprehensive training and access to industry-leading tools and technology Benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and more Vehicle Upgrade Coordinator Responsibilities Works directly with customers who bring their vehicles in for service to identify opportunities to talk about upgrading to a newer model Builds rapport and explains the benefits of upgrading (e.g., newer features, better financing, trade-in equity) Presents tailored offers based on customer needs and dealership programs Acts as a liaison between the service and sales teams to capture upgrade leads from service customers and hand them off to sales consultants Coordinates appointments, follow-ups, and communicates opportunities to the rest of the sales staff Uses the dealership’s CRM and data systems to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and manage customer information Stays up to date on vehicle inventory, manufacturer incentives, and current sales specials Vehicle Upgrade Coordinator Qualifications Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, and/or in a dealership upgrade role Strong understanding of automotive sales and service operations Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate between departments Comfort with CRM software and dealership management systems Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Vehicle Upgrade Coordinator: $55K - $90K Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts Ready to Join Our Team?
