**Role Summary:** In this role of Senior Sales Manager, you will be a key player of the Turbomachinery and Processing Solutions Services Sales organization. The successful candidate will be dedicated to the Northern US Region and will report into the Area Leader for Aftermarket Services, and will focus in growing the business volume from the installed base. **Essential Responsibilities:** Within your territory you will have direct responsibility for a select number of accounts. In the role of Senior Sales Manager, you will: + Promote the sale of Upgrades, Parts, Field Services, Repairs and Training for the assigned fleet to reach your assigned target + Build influential relationship within assigned customer at all levels + Organize technology events to promote the sale of Upgrades to differentiate the Turbomachinery?s offer from competitors + Generate ideas and actions to improve customer loyalty, recover fleet coverage for aftermarket services and build additional pipeline of upcoming opportunities + Keep track of the transactional installed fleet operating profile (running hours, service factors, upcoming outages timing and scope, etc.) + Develop and lead customer?s outages, recommending required parts, upgrades, repairs and field services, in accordance to BHGE best practices + Promote and lead BHGE?s services, supporting transactional customers in assessing their parts inventory and maintenance practices vs. BHGE recommendations + Update and develop sales forecasts for expected business in the upcoming rolling 18-months **Qualifications/Requirements:** + Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited college or university + Minimum 7 years of experience in turbo-machinery, with focus on maintenance, technical services and commercial mattersEligibility Requirements + Travel up to 75%, of the time **Desired Characteristics:** + Prior commercial sales experience in closing turbomachinery deals with proven growth + Technical background in gas turbines, centrifugal compressors and all other equipment of Turbomachinery Process & Solutions Business in the Oil & Gas market + Able to self-direct work and integrate into a team working style + Excellent presentation and influencing skills + Fluency in Italian is an advantage + Process mindset and analytical approach + Field service / site experience + Knowledge of North American O&G marketPLEASE NOTE: Illinois is the preferred location, however other U.S. locations may be considered. **About Us:** Baker Hughes, a GE company (NYSE:BHGE) is the world?s first and only fullstream provider of integrated oilfield products, services and digital solutions.
