Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a
dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level
to join their dynamic team. As a General Production Associate -
Entry Level, you will be an integral part of the production
process, supporting operational excellence and quality assurance.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, attention
to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully
within the organization. Job Title: General Production Associate -
Entry Level Location: Alsip, IL Pay Range: $22.52 Shift: First
7AM-3:30PM What's the Job? Operate assigned machinery and equipment
safely and efficiently following Standard Work procedures and
supervisor instructions. Handle materials by loading and unloading
raw goods and finished products as required. Conduct visual
inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to
promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety policies,
including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety
features on equipment. What's Needed? No prior experience required;
entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Ability to follow
safety protocols and work in a team environment. Strong attention
to detail and commitment to quality. Good physical stamina and
ability to perform repetitive tasks. Willingness to adhere to
